life
go cage others
do not bother me
death
i’ll follow you
till eternity
go cage others
do not bother me
death
i’ll follow you
till eternity
An old man
at gloaming
face turned towards
the dimming sun
unabashedly weeps
-pain twisted wrinkles
play hide and seek
in rayed shadows-
speaking of love,
loss
death.

Beautiful, but depressing.
darknesss.. :)
Lemunty: its supposed to be. Bleakly beautiful.. that's love. What does one do without it?
Rodent: Dark times call for dark measures :)
One gets on with life. :-). Instead of moping. I'm constituitionally lacking in romance. Which doesn't detract from the fact that you write gorgeous (depressing) poems.
@lemunty: I don't mope!! Far from.. in fact it was this that made me believe in romance again. The fact that it doesnt need to be Hallmark cards and roses, but honest vulnerabilities that are not afraid to see the light of day.
And thank you :) Depressing wasn't quite the point:P
@your response to Lemunty: "The fact that it doesnt need to be Hallmark cards and roses, but honest vulnerabilities that are not afraid to see the light of day." Applause :)
@Srini: *takes a bow* It's nice to be gifted with insight once in a while :)
